By submitting this application and using OneSim AI during the beta testing period, you agree to the following:

1. No Guarantees. OneSim AI is provided as-is during beta. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

2. Data Deletion. All data you create during the beta period — including simulation profiles, session transcripts, and account information — may be permanently deleted at the conclusion of the beta phase. Do not store anything here you are not willing to lose.

3. Access Revocation. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke your access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or explanation.

4. Not for Clinical Use. OneSim AI is a simulation tool for educational purposes only. It must not be used in real clinical decision-making, patient care, or any other professional context. Outputs from the AI are fictional and may be inaccurate.

5. Confidentiality. Beta features and content you encounter are confidential. Please do not share screenshots, recordings, or descriptions of beta-only features publicly.

6. Feedback. You may be asked to provide feedback. Participation in feedback is voluntary but appreciated.
