1. Acceptance of Terms
2. Description of Service
OneSim provides simulation technology tools for healthcare education programs. The platform currently includes three products:
- AI Patient Simulator — voice-based AI clinical encounters for history-taking and communication practice
- Clinical Skills EMR — a simulation-native electronic medical record for documentation and clinical reasoning training
- Inventory Manager — operational software for simulation center asset, consumable, and space management
All patient profiles, scenarios, and conversations generated through the Service are entirely fictional and intended solely for educational and training purposes. OneSim is not a medical device and is not intended to provide actual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Eligibility
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at info@myonesim.com.
You may not share account credentials with others outside of authorized institutional plans. Each seat in an institutional plan is intended for one named individual.
5. Subscription and Billing
Access to the Service is provided through institutional licensing agreements. Pricing and seat counts are negotiated per institution and governed by a separate contract. Contact us at info@myonesim.com to discuss licensing for your program.
Billing terms, renewal conditions, and pricing adjustments are defined in the institutional contract. In the absence of a separate agreement, we reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
6. Institutional Accounts
Institutions that purchase seat-based licenses agree to the following additional terms:
- Institution administrators are responsible for managing seat assignments and ensuring members comply with these Terms
- Seats are non-transferable except through the admin panel; unused seats do not roll over
- OneSim is not responsible for how institutions configure access or share content within their organization
- Institution administrators may access member account status, exercise scores, and simulation records for members within their organization
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Provide actual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to real patients
- Enter real patient names, medical record numbers, or any actual patient health information into any OneSim product
- Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, probe, or extract the underlying AI models or platform infrastructure
- Circumvent subscription limits, seat counts, or access controls
- Use the Service in any way that disrupts or degrades its availability for other users
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its underlying technology — including design, code, AI model integrations, and platform architecture — are owned by OneSim Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content you create within the Service (patient profiles, scenarios, EMR entries, inventory records) remains yours. You grant OneSim a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
10. Limitation of Liability
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing portal or by emailing info@myonesim.com.
Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. Your data will be retained for up to 30 days before deletion, during which you may request an export.
