Terms of Service

By accessing or using OneSim AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

OneSim AI provides AI-powered clinical simulation tools for healthcare education. All patient profiles, scenarios, and conversations generated through the Service are entirely fictional and intended solely for educational and training purposes.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@myonesim.com.

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription after the free trial period. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Provide actual medical advice or diagnosis to real patients
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the underlying AI models
• Share your account credentials with others outside of authorized institution plans

The Service, including its design, code, and AI outputs, is owned by OneSim AI. Content you create (profiles, scenarios) remains yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. The Service is not a substitute for professional medical education, clinical judgment, or patient care.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneSim AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be retained for up to 30 days before deletion.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
